Processing of personal data

When someone registers a user account on BASTAonline, they provide personal data about themselves which will be processed by BASTAonline AB ("BASTA" or "We"). The personal data we collect is name, e-mail address, telephone number, title and name of workplace, which is necessary for us to be able to administer access to connected company accounts and for us to be able to know who our users are.

The administration also includes general customer support, sending information about criteria changes and contact to book the contractual audits.

BASTA thus has a legitimate interest in processing personal data about affiliated companies and their contact persons. After a weighing of interests we have limited the amount of personal data to include only the personal data that is necessary for us according to the above purposes.

All our processing takes place in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data will be stored for as long as you have an active account with us, and for a period of no more than sixty days from the date you choose to close an account.

The logbook service's personal data is saved until the responsible user chooses to delete uploaded projects. Invited project members connected to the logbook service can choose to unregister, which is done by contacting BASTAonline AB.

When you register for our courses and events, we will need to collect and process the participant's personal data in the form of first and last name, email address, payment organization and employer (which may be the same) as well as title and invoice information. This is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our obligations towards those who have registered for the event. We need to know who and how many have registered for the event in question, so that we can send a reminder and any course material before the event as well as course evaluation after the event.

If you have special needs, for example the need for certain assistance or aids to be able to participate during the event or have special dietary preferences, we are happy to receive information about this in order to best meet your needs. In addition to the above-mentioned personal data that we ask you to fill in, you can also voluntarily choose to enter your position and your other contact details. By entering this information, you consent to us processing this personal data about you.
